Well, I guess it is about time that I start a blog. Billy and I have been traveling for a while now. We are avid travelers who enjoy getting to see the world as well as experience different cultures. Also included in our love of traveling is photography. We have many pictures of our past trips posted on our website: www.billyandjenny.com. We both frequent traveling websites such as TripAdvisor.com. You will find many great travel trips on our website thanks to Billy. He does all the planning.
In the past year, I have started keeping trip journals during our vacations. I am usually good about starting them, but I need to working on finishing them. So here is the trip journal for Mazatlan, Mexico. I really enjoyed this trip and I can see why many people decide to purchase homes here.

Billy was not feeling well because of his sunburn so he decided to rest in the room. I spent the morning hanging out at the infinite pool.
We went to a cooking class at the hotel. The chef made cheviche. It was yummy. I ate my serving and Billy’s since he doesn’t eat it.
We went into town. We toured the downtown area again. We stopped by the market so I could buy Emma a dress that I had noticed earlier in the week. Luckily Billy is a good dealer because we got a great price for the dress. We went to the Best Western on the waterfront to go to the rooftop deck to see the sunset. We got to see wonderful views of the city but we did not stay for the sunset since it was cloudy. This is a small hotel and the rooftop area is relatively small. If we were staying longer, I would have ordered a drink to patronize the hotel.
We walked beside the water back to the Golden Zone. We finally got on a bus near a high school. This bus was one of the more expensive ones because it had air conditioning. We were happy to get to try both types of buses during our stay. We got off the bus at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan. We took the shuttle bus back to our hotel. We looked through the café/grocery area at the hotel. We did not find anything that interested us so we went back to the room. I read out on the balcony. We called it a night.

We got and made sure that we were all packed up since we had to leave today. L I took a quick dip in the pool and used up the final pictures on our underwater disposable camera that we started using on our honeymoon. I took a shower. We ate brunch at the restaurant located on the property. After we were finished with brunch, we headed back to the room to gather our things. We loaded everything in the taxi, and we were off to the airport. Goodbye
